Answer for Where is the transmission drain plug located in 1986 Mercedes Benz 420SEL?
The bottom of the transmission oil pan, if you look under the car to the bottom of the transmission you can see a little drain plug. If you replace the transmission fluid, I highly recommend only Mercedes approved fluid.
